People are beginning to notice that I am dropping inches.  So that opens the door to the discussion of LDL.  I have loaned out the magazine (so far everyone has returned it) and now I made copies of the 4 pages.  I hope I am an example to others.  One lady today a friend said she would be calling me for more info.  I told her it is important to have the book. and not to order it anywhere but here on the web site as the profits go to charity.  Another lady really sounded interested.  It would be nice to have a local support group as well as the one here at LDL.  LDL is all I chat about lately.  I hopee people don't get bored of me.  I never really looked at the size of people and what they eat until now.  I would like to help them.

I have never met a stranger anywhere.  I just  LDL.  As for the t-shirt  Snoopy is a great artist and I have asked her to design a shirt for me.  She works full time now and her time is limited so I will be patient.  I told her I wanted a train to skinnytown on it.
