Isn't that the most amazing and silly thing?  Being allowed to eat watermelon?  I felt the same way about Bing cherries...ate a lot of them this summer.  In  past years, I'd often be either in or contemplating Low Carb, and eating cherries was taboo.

Congratulations on your first day!  Don't be surprised with a few bumps in the road, as you get the yucky stuff out of your system, and your insides get used to the changes you're making.  It's worth it!  Keep it up, and feel free to ask any questions you have!

Thanks!  I spent all summer not eating fruit due to low carb attempts.  I have had two of the most amazing smoothies today.  Going through recipe cards now so that I can be prepared for the coming days.  Again, thanks for your support!

Booblair -- no doubt!!!  This time of year here the watermelon is soooo good - and believe me when I say the hardest part of the program is letting yourself accept that you can EAT!! and eat and eat if you want to and still lose.... Good luck and enjoy!

I've been eating watermelon every day, just about.  Like many of you, I'd been on South Beach diet and had started looking at fruit like it was the bad guy.  I feel so thrilled about this way of eating.  I really eat a variety of fruit every day. Booblair, you are going to love LDL.  I've never had success like this before with such good tasting food.  Check out the recipe section.  I'm really in to trying alll the soup recipes Little Mary has invented.  You can't miss by trying out one of her recipes.
