Well today marks the first month back on LDL, and so happy to say it is working for me again I have lost a total of 20 lbs for the month...doing several happy dances......If I had stuck to this woe before and never left I would be at goal now, but I let life get in the way and before I knew it I was eating the way I did before and gained the weigh I had lost plus 25 more lbs back. So here I am again giving it another try..
