I am still up a couple pounds and then down those couple pounds. This has been going on so long now I keep wondering if it will ever change unless I start exercizing. It is too cold to walk ( -11 yesterday and today) so will have to figure something out in the house. Saturday:
B: Banana L: Spinach salad w/ chicken & boiled egg Frozen pineapple & orange D: White bean & ham flavor soup Apple Popcorn
I am with you Wendy, Up and down the same couple pounds for months. I don't have an excuse though. Supposed to be in the 70's today. I went out and "looked" at the trampoline yesterday. Guess I will try to actually get on it today.

Just before starting LDL I got rid of my tread mill and rebounder. I never used them so decided they were just in the way. Have been wishing I had them back now.
That is why alot of people use the rebounder. It is not hard on the knees and apparently helps the lymphatics. We have a big trampoline and I can only bounce on it about 5 min before getting winded. But that is better than nothing. It is now 74 degrees, hot and sunny and I convinced myself it is too hot now!

Rodie - I used to have a nice big rebounder and I didn't use it much, so I got rid of it. I wish I still had it. I tried to buy one at Walmart last year and it was a little dinky one that folds up. Not enough room for jumping on, so I took it back. I have heard that rebounding is the best exercise you can do as it is really easy on the joints. I have a treadmill that I have been meaning to start using every day; I think I will start using it next week...But anyway they say you can burn a lot of calories on a rebounder while being very easy on the joints. I remember when I first started walking everything hurt my knees ,my feet hurt so bad. But I kept on and walked thur it. and after a while nothing hurt. Maybe it just takes time like everything else.....I don't know but it worked for me.
My dinky rebounder from WalMart is put away. Takes up room and takes motivation to get on it.

I know, I hope I have what it takes to use the treadmill. So many get those machines and they just set. I am hoping since I have a different mindset this time around and have made the choice to finally reach goal I will think different about the whole thing and get moving. I will keep you up dated.
BTW Wendy, we hit 87 degrees here today!. It was downright hot. Tomorrow will be high of only 58. Really crazy weather but anything above freezing works for me.

It is in the 30s here now so once the snow leaves off the roads I will have no excuse not to go walking. I know if I aquire another treadmill it will go the way of the last one. I am not one to use machines in my house for exercise they sit and collect dust.
