This has been a rough day so my meals are kinda small.  We had to have one of our dear little dogs put to sleep today.  They are so apart of our family that it was a decisious that has been needing done but we just weren't able to do it until now.  We decided it would be best before we left for Idaho since she couldn't travel with us so it was kinder now for her.

Monday:

B:  part of a grape smoothie
L:  Refried beans
D:  Grapes

Thank you everyone for all your words of kindness.  I just have to keep telling myself it is for the best.
We are leaving tomorrow on a 10 day trip thru Idaho.  My son gets married on Saturday and Sunday after brunch with everyone we will be off to Boise to visit friends for the week.  We will be back on the 8th of Aug sometime.
I will be on line as I can when I can find a connection.  If not I will miss the boards until I return home.
