80 pounds down, how terrific.  You are doing so well.  Have a nice trip, I hope you will be able to stay on LDL while you are gone.

Wendy... Hope you had a great time on your vacation.  Those little ole 2 pounds you gained in two weeks will be gone quicker than you think because I know you will be true to LDL as you have been before your trip.  It is going to be nice to check in on you daily to see some of those wonderful meals you make/eat.

Thanks I missed the boards and being able to cook my meals while gone.
We had a great trip and the wedding was just perfect.  It was way hot in Boise so is nice to get back to cool rainy Montana.

We had a big dinner at our home so everyone could see my cousin while she is visiting.  I made alot of different LDL meals so they could all taste it and I can plant more seeds in getting them to start doing LDL for themselves.

I had to be in Missoula first thing this morning to have a shot put in my back so didn't have breakfast.  I am leaving tomorrow morning back to Idaho to take my cousin back so will be sporadic when we eat.  I won't have computer access for a couple days again so see everyone when I get back.

Thanks, I have lost at this time 87 lbs and hoping by Monday to be down at least another lb.  I still have 125 lbs to lose to be down to 160 which is my goal weight.  I am 5'11 so that seems to be the weight that would be right for my heigth.

B:  Huckleberries over SF vanilla pudding w/ skim milk
L:  Left over citrus chicken breast
    Fried green beans
D:  Plums
    Watermelon
    Popcorn

Wendy,

I didn't realize that you had lost that much weight already and I know you'll get to your goal because you are totally committed to LDL  *hug* . I love reading your posts about what you have eaten for a day. Your meals are always interesting and variable which keeps you from becoming bored with what you are eating.  I have made quite a few of your posted recipes and find them to be very satisfying and tastefull.
