What type of exercise do you do? Although I've always been a serious "exercise-hater" I am walking and jogging now for my health!
I am a 51 year old female and I need to lose about 30 pounds. (currently size 14, my goal is a size 10) I just know that if I don't incorporate exercise into my life, my body is just going to slowly wear out! I have taken up using the treadmill walking and jogging for 3 to 5 miles a day. Me! An exercise-hater! Woo-hoo!
