Looking for an update.  
Who is coming to the luncheon next Saturday at Troyer's?  I am so excited about meeting fellow Ohio lunchers.  We'll take pictures and post them (I hope someone is better at that than I am!)  Everyone who can drive to the Mansfield area should make every effort to attend.  We have so much in common and such great stories to share!  Pam

My husband is attending with me.  We are going to our grandson's hockey tournament in Columbus Saturday morning and then directly to the luncheon.  I know he'd love to meet any other spouses who might be there!  I'm getting excited!  Pam

Pam,
Just talked to my friend in Ohio. She was my mentor on my first job at Breckville VA. She loves Amish food and freqently goes to Amish country for meats, cheeses etc. I thought she could bring her mother with her. She is not LDL'er yet but I have been talking to her. She said her brother and his wife are on some kind of diet with no bread and no dairy and she was not sure but it may be LDL. I told her to invite them also. I knew ya'll wouldn't mind sharing LDL with some other potential newbies. Will let you know if she says she can go.

Pam, I'm excited this morning!!!  This has been a full week for me.  I am thankful for LDL and the added energy.  I have been up a while fixing  for another adult class this evening.  God has blessed me with being able to follow recipes that the wonderful board members have posted on line.  I am mostly excited about Saturday; meeting you and the others who have  inspired me. When I returned from San Antonio from meeting some of the others who helped me in my journey, it renewed my faith in  how genuine the people on the boards are in helping each other.  I have a good book that I also want to read, so today will cook and then read.  I am going to quit blogging on the boards so much, because I have to get caught up with reading and writing, but will continue to read the blogs for good ideas and inspiration.

Thanks, Ollie and Pam.  I have the cooking completed, but the loading and unloading--Crockpots get heavy.  At 4, DH will load them for me.  It's such a beautiful day.  Surely wish you were going to be with us, Ollie.  and  JF

Sorry to say my friend will not be able to make it. Has a birthday party to go to at 3 in Wadsworth and knew she could not make it back.
She really needs to try LDL and I was sure meeting so many people who have testimonies would help her get a handle on it. Oh well, will keep nudging her.
