Roger, I just saw (11:10pm Wed. 10/20/10) a commercial on Lifetime Channel TV that starts out (the announcer says) Let's Do Lunch with Marie Osmond and then the NutriSystem commercial comes on. Is she allowed to use the phrase "Let's Do Lunch"? on TV? Just wondering... waquin

I happened to see the commercial while waiting in a doctor's office. I heard the announcer say "Let's do Lunch" and it caught my attention. I was sure disappointed that it wasn't our LDL and wondered about the legality of it too. Thanks for looking at the positive side of it!

I think RT's right. It's actually a "PLUS" for us. Nutrisystem is doing our PR work and don't even know it.
Roger, I sure do love your attitude. You see past the obvious. So many people would be all about suing, but you see how it can actually be a blessing in disguise. I'm sure it will end up being used for good.
I agree, Roger. I've seen so many people in my circle greatly helped by Let's Do Lunch. I love sharing it with others and am sad when some won't even try it. The funny thing is that as more and more people find success with Let's Do Lunch at my church, some of the people I've heard saying it isn't for them are now starting to try it. I love that! I know God definitely led me to it and I know that because I was successful with it many more have been blessed by it. That is the bottom line. That's what it is all about.
I thought about that also, Renee, but then I thought if anyone says to me, "Oh, Lets Do Lunch, is that the Nutrasystem thing?", I will have the opportunity to say, "Oh no, Let's Do Lunch is definitely not Nutrasystem and here is why...."

I think it could be confusing, Nutrasystem is so big, people could think it came from there. I know when I HEARD IT ON TV I would not have connected it with LDL IF I HAD NOT KNOWN LDL EXCISTED. LDL is a great way of eating. In 2 months I will have been on this plan for One year. Have NEVER STAYED WITH ANYTHING FOR A YEAR. I don't even think about eating another way. I am so program! I know the foods and that is just what I eat. It has been very SLOW FOR ME losing 2lbs a month but the good thing is I get to eat, and the scales DO go down.
PS AND I DON'T CHEAT JUST A SLOW LOSER.

No, I believe it will work out as Roger suggested. God is in control and this plan will get to the people who really want it. It is so not Nutrisystem.
