I thought you might enjoy this video. It is of a former student of mine, who I'm very close to his family -- he even calls me "Aunt Rhonda."
Another use for pumpkins!

Matthew is very talented and actually does juggling, yoyoing and other interesting things -- "magic" tricks, etc. -- as a business to support his family. He usually visits libraries during the summer to entertain the kids and teaches some to juggle. He did my stepson's bday party once with magic card tricks. We bought all the kids a deck of cards and he taught them stuff. It was very unique and fun.
Wanda, I too recognized that it takes strong arm muscles to toss those pumpkins like that. What a good exercise! Trouble is, I'd just have the beginnings of lots of mashed pumpkin all around me!
He is also an excellent photographer, who photographs food for restaurants in New Orleans and southern Louisiana mostly. He has a degree in culinary arts and loves to cook, but has mixed his love of photography with his love of cooking. I think there is a link at the end of the video for his website that shows more things he does. I'll see if I can find them and add them to this post. I can't say I taught him everything he knows, but I can say that I kinda started his interest in photography when I asked him to join the yearbook staff that I was adviser to AND he took pictures at my wedding.
He is the father of a precious 5 yr. old son. He's a very good dad, too.
Here are his websites:

Now, his food pictures aren't LDL kind of food, but maybe one day!

Mary, what do you mean "kids"? Adults, don't try this at home, either!
