After almost a year passed without a comment.  Thanksgiving it was TINY and then today it is LITTLE love those words...music to my ears. That really gives you a boost and keeps you moving forward to even  SMALL. I feel good!

Congrats Wither, I know how you feel. It won't be long before you start hearing (as Roger did), "you are loosing too much weight, are you sick?" How cool will that be to say, "no I'm not sick, I have never felt better in my life."

Linda rn and Bingo, good to hear from you! Thanks for all those encouraging words. We do get reshaped, I need to get rid of that roll around the middle. Thankful it's only one now instead of 2or 3 stacked on top of each other.
