Pumpkin Smoothie?

Post by JerrieH »

Does anyone have a favorite Pumpkin Smoothie?  I have been wanting to try one and I have seen a number of different versions on this site and don't know which one to try.    Jerrie

I fell in love with the hot pumpkin smoothie the first time I made it. Wendy also has a variation I have made when I don't have all the ingredients for the hot one. All smoothies can be enjoyed hot or cold.

Yes, Patsy Fay's is the Hot Pumpkin smootie I love.
Maybe we need to rename some of them. They can be hard to find.

Thanks, Ladies for the info on PatsyFay's pumpkin smoothie.  I thought I also seen some reference on the message board referring to a pumpkin smoothie posted by GraceFace66, but I could not find that recipe.  I just got some pumpkin today.  I'll try Patsy Fay's recipe.  Thanks again.  Jerrie

I made PatsyFay's "Hot Pumpkin Smoothie" today (only I had it cold).  It was really good.  I didn't have canned peaches, so I put in some frozen peaches.  I guess I didn't have the amounts of things exact because at first I could kinda taste the beans, but then I added more sweetner and more cinnamon and it was really good, could no longer taste the beans.  It makes quite a bit.  And because of the beans it is really filling.  I ate some and froze some.  I think it will make a really good frozen dessert.  Jerrie

First time I made it was in the winter and it tasted so good hot.
I have had it cold also and it is equally as good cold!
