Ollie, you will be around 2 1/2 hrs from me.  If you or anyone is coming near the Sarasota/Bradenton area on the west coast of FL, please let me know!  *love*

Living in Missouri, the weather is very changeable.  Missed 2 days work last week .  We live on a county road and with the ice, could not get to the main highway.  Last pm received appx 2-3 more inches of snow and it has been very cold.  Looking forward to Spring......Florida sounds great....... Have a great week everyone and stay warm.

Sunny and warmer this morning in SW Oklahoma.
Birds are singing and playing and it is 39 right now.
Still alot of white stuff on the ground though.

It's a clear day today and the sun is shining.  The temp says 37, but it feels a whole lot warmer without the wind and rain!

Hi,
We have had a lot of snow this winter. when I stand at the end of driveway at the street The snow is deeper-higher than I am. I am 5ft7in. It is just amazing. My lilac tree is about covered. My son-in-law    snowblows my driveway for me and now I have deep walls of snow on either side. Well  if we are lucky just 2 1/2 months of snow left.
soon be time to plant cucumbers.  Ha Ha Ha.  lol

We were south in Cincinnati all weekend.  We returned to NW Ohio to 8" of additional snowfall.  Yikes!
MrsJ- I would love to see you.  I don't know what our schedule will be like, but I will have my computer so if I get a chance....

Well February 11th we hit record lows that morning with a place in NE Oklahoma hitting 31 below 0 and another place recording 25 inches of snow. I think we got to -2 that morning in SW Oklahoma. Now just 3 days later, we are going to hit nearly 70 degrees! Gives creedence to the old addage, "If you don't like the weather in Oklahoma, just wait a minute!"

Hard to believe that just one week from a frigid blizzard, we hit a high of 80 degrees yesterday!
I love springtime in SW Oklahoma.

We are being teased here in WNY too...from 20 below zero a couple weeks ago to the 50's and sunny yesterday.  Rain today but the ice and snow are slowly melting.  Now the flooding starts until it re-freezes this weekend.  Just knowing spring is around the corner makes my heart lift a bit.  Lisa

Isn't it amazing how the weather has changed??  Our forecast is highs in the 70s and lows in the mid 50s or 60s for the next 3 days.  It is like the perfect spring day!

Beautiful!!! last two days.  DH golfed both days.  We got our Christmas stuff off the roof and all put away.  Since December, we have had cold weather.  It is supposed to get cold again tonight.  Maybe, it will miss us.  JF

It has been in the 80's here and hard to believe we are tempted to uncover the AC and turn it on.
Been opening windows and running fans.
In the middle of February and just 1 week since sub zero blizzard!, REMARKABLE

After two 50 degree days the ice on our 400 ft driveway finally started to melt enough for me to use my muscles to chop away at it and shovel aside.  Today it is 20 degrees and we had a sprinkling of snow early this morning to coat the dirty snow making every thing bright and new again.  We won't see spring for another three months -- ugh.
