Mary, I'm glad you look beautiful again...You probably looked beautiful with the grey hair, too.

I remember seeing your church on Duval Street. I had wanted to attend the Sunday service but my husband wanted to leave early.
After reading your weather report I wish I had gone with him...of course, I would have stayed at the same hotel (I loved the antique furniture) and not with them. That wouldn't have been cool.

My son works outside everyday and doesn't use sunscreen. Instead he uses a trick that my grandmother taught me when I was a little girl. I grew up in Florida and spent my summer days swimming at Silver Springs....before ABC bought the park and closed the swimming hole. Sunscreen has to be reapplied after swimming and/or sweating but if you take PABA in pill form everyday you don't have to worry about it.
PABA protects the skin from the harmful effects of the sun. It's able to absorb the ultraviolet rays but prevents sun damage such as sunburn, wrinkling, skin cancer and age spots. The higher the dosage, the less you tan.
PABA has also been known to restore the natural hair color in some individuals.
