Mary, is it possible to bake each chicken breast in an aluminum foil pouch with the loose tea and get the same smokey results ?

But old recipes are new to us newbie's..lol..we do a lot of out doors smoking..this just sounds so great for indoors..haven't tried it yet planning to next week..will let you know how it turned out..thanks ladies for all the recipes..planning on making alot of old and new recipes..you might hear alot from me...because I am really losing and real excited..will let you know on my next weigh in...but I know it is good cuz my clothes fit different..excited..thanks for your encouragement...

I'm wondering if liquid smoke can be used in very small amounts (in lieu of the tea)????

Liquid smoke is fine.
Mary was doing this in lieu of the chemicals in liquid smoke.
I did find it interesting use of tea though.
I just have to find a roasting pan with rack
