switching lunch & supper
HELP!! We need to switch & have our protein meal tonight. I know I've seen in skimming throught the book (which is all I've had time to do, yet) where it tells what you need to do on those days, but I can't find it right now. Am VERY tight on time, so could someone please, tell me what page that's on? It's 11:49 Central time. Hoping to get a reply back within 2 hrs., when I'll have to leave home. Thanks!
