Coffee Creamers..International Delights..

Hi Roger, or Mary, I have a Question.. Is the International Delight coffee creamers Fat Free or regular alright to use when I have a cup of coffee? I am unsure....I wondered what to do about the consumption of these or not?. I LOVE THE LDL BOOK and I Very Blessed to have it now...God Bless and I Give the Praise to GOD.....Willa

This is really good news to me, since I myself use the Int'l Delight creamer in my coffee, reg., not decaf. We were watching Jack Van Impe the other night & he said that he read that coffee had antioxidants, so he & Rexella were very happy to read that. We don't drink but 2 cups, so, I hope that will not hinder our diet too much. I want to Thank Milla for asking the ??, I wouldn't have even thought of asking it. :-*

HI...I like the Vanilla Fat Free the best...I do not drink 2 cups and I sure don't like black coffee at all...yes, it is good news to know I can use a little....Thanks..Willa-TN
