I must confess.........I fell off LDL for yesterday and today !!!!!!! I am of course beating myself up because of it. I was on LDL for 28 days and never cheated ,,,,not once. I went to a party last night and ate things I should not have and then today I ate candy. I feel like such a failure. I was so afraid I was going to do this last night !
I know that everybody will tell me to get back on LDL and I will and I am now. I need prayer as we all do. This LDL way of eating is the only way to live for me and many others, I am sure
I did the frozen grapes, honey etc. Nothing seemed to work. I went to the party knowing I was "weak". I would have stayed home but it was inportant that I go.
O.K. I have "vented" now! With God's help I will; be stronger the next time....... Will this throw me off from losing weight? Am I back to day one again?
