Hello! I know there are a couple of people here from Mid. Tenn. I would like to talk with you. I am from Goodlettsville. I haven't got the book yet, but I'm gonna look at Books a Gazillion

to see if they have it.

Hi welcome aboard, I live in the whitehouse area about the book they do have them at books a million or you can order it from barnes and noble at the opryland mall and get it within three days... kathe

Hello I am from Dickson Tn, I purchased my book at Barnes & Noble in Franklin. This is my first week of doing LDL but so far so good, I really only have 20 lbs I want to lose, but I plan to do it for awhile as my daughter and husband have more weight to lose. Good Luck, and man is it cold here this week??!!! Ang

Hi Char and all others from the Middle Tennessee area who are doing LDL. I also live in Goodlettsville. I, too, am new to this program and love it so far. I just got my book this past Sunday. I had to order it from the book store inside Rivergate Mall. Can't remember the name of the store right now, but there's only one in the mall down close to Dillard's.

It would be nice if all of us from this area could get together, bond, and help each other with this program. I don't know about anyone else, but I love meeting and making new friends. We all seem to have the same goal, and I feel we could be of help to each other. Anyone interested?

Hey Betty Boop I think that is a good idea......forming a support group.....I think accountability helps....I am west of Nashville not as close as you Rivergate members are. But I would love to check out the possibilities of a group. ANG
