I was just wondering how heavy of a protien 98% fat free turkey breast is. Is it like eggs where it can be eaten like beans pretty much anytime or does it only need to be eaten like other protien only once a day?
I also wanted to give an update on my weight loss. Monday was 2 weeks exactly and today I was curious and stood on the scale and I have lost 6 1/2 pounds and I am beside myself. Also even if I wasn't losing the weight it would still be worth doing LDL because I suffer from acid reflux pretty bad and since I've started LDL I've had heartburn once and that is when I first started. Before LDL I was taking antacids at least 3 times a day. I give God all the praise! God Bless
