I found Wasa to be next to cardboard in taste initially.  To each his own.  However, it's palatable if you put some chicken salad, or even tuna salad on top of it.  After a while, it sort of grew on me.  But, I certainly didn't care much for Wasa after the first trial or two.

I'll see if corn thins are available.  I don't think that corn is all the nutritious these days anyway...and I eat it sparingly. I think they have frankefooded it so much with corn that it resembles little of what corn used to be.  I actually don't mind the tostitos baked corn chips at all.  Pretty good really.

I can eat Wasa just fine nowadays.  It's a base with some bulk to it.  Generally, I am a low carb eater.  I gained some weight back after losing nearly 70 lbs doing low carb.  I just let got and didn't care what I ate for about a year now.  I gained back about 40 pounds...which still makes me 30 lbs lighter than when I started.  :-)  I am looking at your program here to add some variety and experiment with it some.  I think not everyone will react the same on all foods so it's a try and see thing.  BTW, my son really loves the frozen grapes.  I started a trend here with that one.

I like the idea of LDL.  I actually tried it 100% for a week.  I gained 2 pounds.  I was wondering if bananas were the culprit.  I ate 2 bananas and an apple each morning for breakfast.  I didn't eat all that much meat, though.  For lunch I would have a little bit of chicken with my salads. Mostly beans and corn and peas for the week during dinner...and strawberries for dinner...sprinked with some stevia and 2tbls of skim milk...then frozen grapes for evening snacks.

Low carb does get old for sure. Generally, if I head back on strict low carb I can drop 5 lbs in 4 or so days easy.  I did low carb for a few years but it is so tiring to me.

One thing I enjoyed for LDL was the Orville Redenbacher Smart Pop microwave popcorn.  I really liked that.  Maybe I'll try it for a two week period.

I will try i out for the next two weeks.  I won't weigh myself during that time and I'll see how I progress.  I should see some movement downward after a two week period.

Thanks,  Carbonite
