I'm with you Enjae, I bought a pair of the crocs black on black flip flops while I was on vacation....basically to wear at the beach instead of my leather sandals.....well let me tell you they were HEAVENLY.  I never took them off for the rest of the week.  And we walked miles and miles.  Ive never felt anything like it in my life.  Its a little too cold for them now but come spring I will dust them off and put them on again.  Im interested in seeing how long a pair lasts for 29 dollars.  Ive spent more on shoes I didnt like so 29 seems reasonable to me.  Niki I knew from the moment I tried them on in the store that I loved them.  No breaking them in or nothing.....perfect from the very first step.
Love and God Bless

Thanks Carolyn. That is the kind I will be buying. They listed Crocs in a couple stores in Alex so will have to see. Otherwise I will order. Free shipping now. Actually that pair doesn't look too bad. After the reviews from LDL, I wish I'd known about them a couple weeks ago. THANKS EVERYONE!

Hi all,
I love my crocs......and zappos is wonderful to deal with as they offer free shipping both ways. I also have large feet ...but the crocs fit well and give great support.  My sister is a nurse and wears crocs to work.. Mom (snowbirdie) has fur lined crocs  too. Just my 2 cents worth.......buy real crocs and not the knock-offs

I was thinking that it's amazing that I still have high arches. Everything else on this old body is falling down.

Carla,

I still have mine too!  I was told in high school to go barefooted in the summer and they would "fall" down some...and that still hasn't worked for me!

Hubby is always after me to "get something on your feet" and...sometimes I just ignore him.  I love to go barefoot!!!  Especially inside.  Stones hurt my tender feet outside, so I always slip on some sort of flops or shoes for exterior walking.  Glad to know that I am NOT alone!

NOW, tom....let us reason together......they DON'T call them cloggs ANYMORE....NOW, they call them CROCS...............they DON'T bite......they DON'T have teeth.......when women put them on their feet, they have HAPPY FEET and THAT makes them happy because they're COMFORTABLE....
they DO make them for men, too.....and THOSE don't bite EITHER.........your friend, niki

Niki, have you forgotten that my sister (who is 10 years younger) constantly teases me by saying “Tom, there is a phone call from you. It's the 1960’s. They’d like their expressions back”

I’m the guy who still says: dungarees, beauty parlor, hairdresser, pocket-book, Grocery Store/Supermarket, Johnny-pump, the beach (all NJ-ites call it “the shore”)

hahaha - good to have you back, Brother!!

Oh, and I've ALWAYS loved clogs - when they went out of style, I ordered them from a Swedish company - and even ordered them for my kids!  I still wear them, but not the old wooden soled clogs - my favorite brand is Dansko.

There was a point in time (when I met John) that I owned only 4 pairs of shoes - and they were all Dansko's!  Of course, with what Danskos cost, four pair were about all I could afford!

Now, these CROCS - I am going to go to a store to try them on - and then if they're considerably less on-line, I'll get some that way.  If there's not much of a difference, I'll just get some at the store.  They have many styles - I may get John a pair of the flip flops.... I don't think he would wear the other kind.

i remember when you threw those things out for everyone....i had to ask my brother what a johnny pump was.....and dungarees?......i REFUSE to EVER call them anything else..........i DID stop using the term "pocketbook"....NOW, i call it my purse.....because i didn't really say "pocketbook"...............i used to say "pockabook"...SO, i made a conscious effort to stop.........and i did.......

Hi Niki,

I talked to my sister "Imelda" and she says she has both regular crocs and professional,But because it is winter she wears her Uggs to work and changes into Morel professionals. They are warmer and more comfy than crocs, Other sis also a nurse prefers Sketcher professionals. Me, I wear crocs any time I must stand for along time, cooking or such and I live in crocs in summer. Had a wonderful pair of cloggs from lands end but they wore out.
