IT'S WORKING!! Not sure how since I seem to be eating all the time. But I've only lost about 9 pounds but I put on a pair of pants (not stretch ones) that were too tight 5 weeks ago and were comfortable today!! I also put on a pair of shorts that had been too tight in the back side and they were loose! So, IT'S WORKING!!
Thanks , I will. We have a week at Scout Camp beginning the end of this week and I have MY menu all planned out. I'll have a couple of my salads read in a big bowl, cut fruits in baggies to just dump & heat (peach pie, my favorite), lots of Neets Meatloaf and a few other things. I'll eat it in the mess hall but only maybe a little veggies or fruit from them. Thank goodness I can use their kitchen (fridge, freezer & microwave). I am Planning to be Good.
I start camp this week, too. I am a director of a camp for 350 kids ages 3-10. It's fun, but exhausting, right? I was a girl scout leader when my daughter was younger. Also the cookie lady...big mistake! But so yummy!! Have a great week and keep it up.

Awesome Job! That is so exciting! I know the feeling! I did the same thing with some pants that I haven't worn in like 2 years, and they fit this past weekend!
The clothes really do tell the story. Even though my scale hasn't moved all that much lately, yesterday I asked my husband to look at the label in the back of my shirt because I thought there was no way I had put on the shirt I thought I had because it was baggy on me and it had just fit the week before....Well, it was the right shirt, I was just a little smaller - woo hoo......I've been on the plan 7 months and still love it as much as I did the first month.....Stick with it and you will lose all the weight you want and continue to feel great!
I've heard it many times on the LDL site but, you know after all the "tried & failed" it takes a while. I'll really consider it "successful" if I am still doing LDL after a year and a half and still losing or maintaining. But in the meantime I take any and all "successes".
Thanks, Mary. I Really Do hope I'm here in 5 years with a thinner me. Well, it's almost bedtime. Time for some grapes before bed so I'm laying there trying to sleep and hungry. Nighty, night.
Oh, my! I am anxious to see where I am physically in 5 or 6 years. Hopefully, in better shape than I am today. I have been on the LDL for two weeks. I have lost about 11 pounds. I feel great! I just got told tonight by my brother-in-law that he did not even recognize me when he saw me across the sanctuary at a funeral the other day. That made my day! Pray for me as I pray for you! diane
