GUESS WHAT YA'LL! Yesterday was my 41st birthday and I received an AMAZING gift from God himself!!!! I've been doing LDL for 6 weeks and 5 days... and I have now lost over 20 lbs! Not only that, but I feel at least 10 years younger than I did 7 weeks ago, I feel FABULOUS!

Sweetpea! That's how I felt on my birthday -- a great gift from the Lord. It makes it easier to turn a year older when you know you are actually eating yourself into feeling younger.

Thanks ya'll! I AM a young thing, aren't I? Sometimes, being the mom of FIVE kids, I forget that I'm not ancient! Thankfully my kids think I'm cool, and they enjoy having me around... even my teenage daughter, Jade (14). I better enjoy it while I can, right?

Sweetpea, Enjoy those five kids. How blessed you are. Before you know it, you will have an empty nest. Always embrace the age you are. Every day that God gives us is to be lived, and to give God praise for all His blessings. Our youngest grandchild is 18 and we miss having young ones around. Joyful Friend
Sweatpea, I have 5 kids also however mine are much older. 27 to 36. I have 8 grandkids thrown in there. Yes enjoy them and yourself at whatever age as that changes soooo fast. Yeah for LDL I believe it adds years and health to our lives. hugs, Bobbi
