Cute Story

Post by sval59 »

I haven't been posting too much lately, but I'm still around and I'm still eating LDL foods.  I started doing my grocery shopping online a couple of years ago after I broke my ankle.  I found this way of shopping to be such a money and time saver for me that I have continued with it even though my ankle is fine now.  The same lady at my local grocery store does the shopping for me most of the time and I just drive by and pick up my groceries.  When I saw her last week, she asked me if I had lost more weight because I looked thinner to her.  I told her I didn't know because I have stopped weighing, but I felt that I was about the same.  She then goes on to tell me she has lost 6 pounds....and guess how she did it.....she had started eating the same foods that she saw me buying every week.  I told her about LDL.  I never even knew I was a role model!

great story!  I wish I had a grocery that would do my shopping.  Since I've started LDL I spend twice the time looking at all the labels.  It's worth it though.

Cheryl that is neat!  You must feel proud of yourself being a role model!  Good job!
This online grocery shopping sounds intriguing.

Wow!  You never know who's watching or how even a casual encounter can effect someone's life.  I'd love to be someone's [glow=red,2,300]'weight-loss role model!'[/glow]
