Please pray for my friend Julie

Post by Deb T »

My friend Julie battled breast cancer 2 years ago and God pulled her through. The cancer has returned and she has been told that it is in the other breast, in her thyroid, and in her lungs (several spots in each lung).  She is stage 4 but continues to have hope that God will see fit to pull her through.  She has been such a blessing to me and I pray that God will strenghten her and draw her near to Him at this time in her life.

Deb, I too will keep your friend, Julie, in my prayers.
Lean on the Great Healer.  I know he carried me and my dh through his cancer battle of stage IV colon cancer.  It's over a year and a half now since his chemo treatments stopped and dh is doing well.
Cyber hugs go out to you too.

My thoughts and prayers are with you Deb and your friend, Julie.  Even though her cancer has returned with a vengence, God does perform miracles.  I hope Julie is the beneficiary of one of them.

Mrsj (Julie),

I will pray for your husband's continued good health -- may God watch over him.

Thank you Vicki.  I told my dh what you said.  He was touched and said "Bless her heart".  It is amazing because to look at him now you would never know he was sick.  I thank God he is the picture of health.  Yes, he has a colostomy from all that but he has a good attitude and handles it well.  He says his choice was the bag or the box......a no brainer.
Thanks again, Vicki.
