Wendy,
How did you like the Parsey-Garlic Roasted Salmon.
I have some to fix and was thinking of using this recipe

I love it!  I could just keep eating it and not stop at one salmon steak.  I wanted to save some for my husbands lunch for this week but was so tempted to eat part of it.  Even the smell why it is cooking is just heavenly.

I make extra of the sauce so after cooking it can be spooned over fish for even more flavor.  I always add extra garlic because I love the tasste of garlic.

We ate quickly this morning and then went to church.  I was so hungry when I got home I ate a handful of strawberries before going out to eat.  We then headed to Missoula with friends and ate at Cracker Barrel.  After we ate we went to a large church that was doing the Passion play of Christ.  It was so good and I was so glad we went.  When we got home at 9:30 pm we were starved so ended up eating fruit to tide us over till morning.

B:  Eggs, chili & cheese
L:  Cracker Barrel Chef Salad w/ sweet onion dressing
D:  Fuji Apple
    Bowl of Strawberries

I ended up making Taco soup with black beans and pinto beans.  I usually use red beans but didn't find any and found I loved the black beans in it.

    Sm. Glass Grapefruit juice
L:  Fuji Apple

On one of the threads on the Question section Mary mentioned that red kidney beans usually have sugar added and often even corn syrup. I'm not sure if that is the case for other red beans, I was using red kidney beans a lot.
So I bought black beans instead today. I'm glad to hear they worked well for you.
Your new picture is lovely!

Good Job!  I agree -- your pic looks awesome.

How to you make the sweet onion dressing?  I haven't tried to look it up yet to see if it's posted.

This was in the dressings under sweet onion l & ll.  I tried them both but the first one is the one I always use now.  I love it and I make a double batch and put in the fridge and use all week long on salads.  I don't use a cup of sugar though.  I only have splenda now so I use like 6 packages for a double batch.  I also use red wine vinegar when making it.

I got so busy before going to Missoula today I forgot to eat breakfast.  I ate lunch real quick and then by the time we got home at 8 pm I was really hungry .  I think not eating breakfast really set my day off on a wrong note.

Tomorrow we have to be in Missoula for Mike's dental cleaning by 8:30 am and then wait all day for his dental appointment to fix a broken tooth at 2:20 pm so will have to figure out some fruit to eat on the way to tide us over.  Then we have Bible study tomorrow night with everyone bringing food.  I was told it was going to be BBQ chicken and potato salad so I will have to find some fruit and veggies to bring at the store.  When we went to Costco yesterday they hardly had any fruit and they said they were not sure when a shipment would come in.  They did have lots of grapes and oranges but not much else.

B:  Olive Omelet
    Fuji Apple
L:  Steak
    Black bean & corn fry
D:  Orange, Pineapple & Lime smoothie
    Popcorn

We went today to look at a business to go in on with another couple.  It will certainly take prayer to see if this is what we are supposed to do.

I hope to all works out for you no matter what you decide.

I am thinking I need some cross broder retail theraphy with the CDN$$ so high.

But the drawback is there is too much Alberta between me and the border and too much Montana between the border and the shops. I love Coldwater Creek as their petite L fits me well. maybe in the summer I'll try an excusion to Idaho and visit them there. I love reading about your travels daily travels.
When I lived on the east coast it was easier to go down to Maine and I really enjoyed that.

It seems that you have adjusted to the knee replacement really well. Are you able to use it to full capacity yet?

I went to the knee doctor last week and was released I am doing so well.  I still don't have full use but I am not using a cane or any aides any longer.
One thing about living in Montana is where ever you go it is a trip.LOL  Everything is far away but the trip is always beautiful.
My sister who lives in Coeurd'Alene Idaho talks about buying her clothes from Coldwater Creek.  I was never sure what type of clothes or shop she was talking about.  I just assumed it was something like Coles.
If you are wearing a Large you must be doing really well on LDL?  Did you have much to lose when you began?
