I have been waiting all week to watch this show, I am very excited about this and can't wait to get the book. I have a feeling that this is going to work for after trying just about everything to lose weight. I have been pouring my heart out to the Lord Jesus in prayer concerning my eating which has been out of control for some time now. Enough is Enough!! I hope to figure out how to at least begin doing this until I get the book from what I heard Roger say and from the postings on the boards. Any newbie advice will be greatly appreciated! I, too, caught him on one of our local Fox morning news stations and have ordered his book. I was most inspired by his message of health and have ALWAYS believed that God wishes us to eat the food that He's supplied us with. Even though we have dominion over all that walks , flys, grows, and crawls, I never believed we had the right to re-process it and refine it into anything that alters it from it's original source. I further believe that families health issues have only been escalated by the elimination of the home prepared meals. I truly hate what has become of the average diet and hope this book give me new hope and health forsaking all my preconcieved notions of eternal obesity. Thank you.
