LOL. Thank You Linda. 3 more days....we will see. I am certainly not tempted to eat non LDL foods as I end up feeling bad when I eat non LDL.  ;)

Great job, Knighte!  And when you get through this you will be very proud and maybe a little thinner too!

Just an update.... I am done with orientation at work and start on my own tomorrow. Yea!
I also found out on my first day of work that I am pregnant, now 10 weeks along. My diet has been adjusted slightly with adding calcium (lost 2 teeth in prior pregnancies) and I do have unfortunate cravings that I am working on. I did ask my OB about not eating a lot of carbs and she was fine with not eating a lot of carbs. So I am not as focused on losing weight than I am on growing a healthy baby and staying healthy myself. With that said, I do feel healthier following LDL. I also praise God for LDL and of course RT for sharing the plan with the world.  ;D

Congrats KnightE,
You are so fortunate to know what you know now.
Your baby will be so blessed by you eating healthier.
Just say no to processed foods and eliminate HFCS and MSG and you should do very well!
With my first pregnancy, Big Mac's were $1.00 and I ate a ton of them. Gained over 50 lbs
With my second it was a regular feast of Chinese food. I swelled like a blimp. It is only God's grace that I did not develop toxemia as I was age 30 and 32.5 yrs at delivery and had home births for both!
God is so GOOD! He protected me and the babies even in my ignorance!
